         School Supplies Needed

In addition to the supplies listed on the school list, please include the following for our particular class:

• ear buds (labeled with your child's initials/name)
• 2 plastic folders (4 total)
• 1 composition notebook (3 total)
• Boys - quart size baggies and 1 box of tissues (2 total)
• Girls - gallon size baggies and 1 container of Clorox wipes

What are we learning this week?

We will be learning all about our new class and grade this week.  We will begin to practice the Daily 5 (reading to self, reading to someone, listening to reading, working with words, and guided reading).  Also we will begin our journey to becoming authors in Writer's Workshop.
