Snow!
Once again, because of the snow days we had over the last two weeks, our sight words, vocabulary words, and spelling words will be held over for this week. I will put a new homework sheet in everyone's red homework folder. Stay warm!
Read Across America Week
The week of March 2 - 6 will be Read Across America Week. We will be celebrating a different Dr. Seuss book each day of the week. Below is a list of the books and the special ways we will be celebrating those weeks:
Mon., March 2 Green Eggs and Ham wear green
Tues., March 3 Fox in Sox wear silly socks
Wed., March 4 Oh, the Places You'll Go
dress as what you want to be when you
grow up or where you want to go
Thurs., March 5 If I Ran the Zoo
bring your favorite stuffed animal to put
in the zoo
Fri., March 6 Book Character Day
dress as your favorite book character -
it doesn't have to be a Dr. Seuss
