Plant Research Project
We are beginning our final research project for the school year this week. Each student has selected a type of plant that he/she would like to study for their project. During our research, we will focus what facts might persuade someone to buy each type of plant.
What are we learning this week?
Reading: SOL 1.10
The student will read and demonstrate a variety of nonfiction texts.
Writing: SOL 1.13 The student will write to communicate ideas for a variety of purposes.
Math: SOL 1.8
The student will determine the value of a collection of like coins (pennies, nickels, or dimes) whose total value is 100 cents or less.
